RESERVATION REQUEST

Mission Statement

Heaton Heber Hill established by Glenda and Lowell Heaton for the blessing and enjoyment of their descendants, descendant's relatives and friends. For building lasting friendships, good memories, social understanding, fun activities, character, and above all LOVE for one another; by following the teachings and standards of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints at all times.


"Green" means anyone can come to the cabin, "Yellow" means come with a Heaton, and "Red" means only family.

Review the rules and instructions listed below and send a reservation request via the form.


Reservations start at Noon and end at Noon, Rates: $5/day, age 0-5 and 100+ free. Deposit of $25 at time of reservation, nonrefundable will be applied to this reservation cost, or applied on future deposit if this reservation date does not work out. Person making reservations is responsible for making payment for use immediately after.

RULES FOR PROPERTY

  1. No fireworks.
  2. Firearms use as per Heber/Overgaard regulations.
  3. ATV/motorbikes used with consideration of safety, land use and neighbors.
  4. Pets, care, and clean-up are the responsibility of their owners. No pets in the cabin!
  5. Outside wood fire only in fire pit. Use the currently stacked wood or clean up area for wood also for inside stove if you desire to use for heat (Note: at times a county "No Burn Order" will eliminate outside wood fires).
  6. No candle use in building
  7. Clean grounds, pick up trash, and straighten up, haul off your garbage. One bag per day per vehicle at transfer station.
  8. Leave the house as clean as or cleaner than you found it (Sweep, mop, wipe counters, and clean off stove, do dishes). Close and lock all windows and doors on buildings.
  9. Last one leaving close and lock front gate when you leave.
  10. The Haven is bordered on all sides by private property belonging to others. Respect their privacy.
  11. For mixed youth or young adult groups and activities, adult chaperons required.
  12. In keeping with the Mission Statement the LDS standards should be observed at all times.
